The new year is here, and 2026 is already buzzing with a slate of must-watch premieres. From Bridgerton’s upcoming Cinderella-inspired season to Charli XCX’s major foray into film, here is a collection of the television and film titles we’re most excited for.
Bridgerton, season four
Romance takes a masked turn in Bridgerton season four, part one, as Luke Thompson as Benedict Bridgerton finally steps into the spotlight opposite Yerin Ha, who makes a dazzling debut as Sophie Baek. The trailer teases a Cinderella-tinged love story. Joining Ha are Michelle Mao and Isabella Wei as Sophie’s sharp-edged stepsisters, with Katie Leung commanding the screen as their formidable mother.
Bridgerton season four part one premieres on Netflix on Thursday. Part two drops on Feb. 26.
The Moment
Charli xcx steps into her film era with The Moment, an A24-backed mockumentary directed by Aidan Zamiri that blurs the line between performance and reality. Drawing from real footage captured during Charli’s Brat tour, the film weaves these moments together with scripted backstage scenes to chronicle the creation of the album and the global tour that followed. Charli stars as a heightened version of herself, portraying a pop star navigating the pressures and contradictions of fame.
The Moment premieres in theaters on Thursday.
The Art of Sarah
Netflix’s The Art of Sarah is a South Korean mystery thriller that follows Shin Hye-sun as Sarah Kim, a woman who has fabricated a glamorous high-society identity. Her life spirals when a mysterious murder investigation threatens to unravel everything. Lee Joon-hyuk stars as detective Park Mu-gyeong, whose search for the truth exposes Sarah’s tangled web of long-held secrets.
The Art of Sarah premieres on Netflix on Feb. 13.
Wuthering Heights
Emerald Fennell reimagines Emily Brontë’s classic Gothic romance in Wuthering Heights, a moody tale of doomed love on the Yorkshire Moors. Anchored by Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi as Catherine and Heathcliffe, the adaptation also spotlights Hong Chau as Nelly Dean, the Earnshaw family’s observant maid.
Wuthering Heights premieres in theaters on Feb. 14
56 Days
Prime Video’s 56 Days is a sleek erotic thriller that puts Avan Jogia front and center as Oliver Kennedy, whose whirlwind romance with Dove Cameron’s Ciara Wyse spirals into suspicion when a brutal murder is discovered inside his apartment. Adapted from Catherine Ryan Howard’s bestselling novel of the same name, the series fractures its timeline between a present-day homicide investigation and the dangerously fast-burning affair that preceded it. James Wan and his company Atomic Monster are attached as producers.
56 Days premieres on Prime Video on Feb. 18.
Young Sherlock
Prime Video’s Young Sherlock reinvents the origin story of Arthur Conan Doyle’s legendary detective, starring Hero Fiennes Tiffin as a burgeoning and unfiltered Sherlock Holmes who finds himself entangled in a murder case that sparks a globe-spanning conspiracy. The series also highlights Zine Tseng as Princess Gulun Shou’an, a Chinese princess, Oxford scholar, and formidable martial artist whose intellect and skill match Sherlock’s own. The series is directed and executive produced by Guy Ritchie.
Young Sherlock premieres on Prime Video on March 4.
Invincible, season four
The first trailer for season four of Invincible ramps up the stakes as Mark faces his deadliest foe yet, the Viltrum Empire’s tyrannical ruler Thragg, while new arrivals like Danai Gurira’s Universa bring fresh fire to the conflict. Steven Yeun returns as the voice of Mark, alongside J.K. Simmons as Mark’s father Omni Man and Sandra Oh as Mark’s mother Debbie.
Invincible season four premieres on Prime Video on March 18.
Bait
Prime Video’s Bait stars Riz Ahmed as Shah Latif, a struggling actor whose shot at stardom comes with a high-stakes audition for James Bond. Written and showrun by Ahmed, the six-part comedy tracks four chaotic days as Shah’s personal life spirals, with his family, ex-lover, and peers all weighing in on whether he’s cut out for the role. Other cast members include Ritu Arya, Weruche Opia, Guz Khan, Sheeba Chaddha and Aasiya Shah.
Bait premieres on Prime Video on March 25.
For All Mankind
Apple TV’s For All Mankind returns for a fifth season, continuing its sprawling space saga as the Martian colony of Happy Valley thrives amid mounting tension with Earth. The ensemble cast features returning stars Cynthy Wu, Joel Kinnaman, Toby Kebbell, Edi Gathegi, Coral Peña, and Wrenn Schmidt.
For All Mankind season five premieres on Apple TV on March 27.
