Shohei Ohtani has officially stepped into the Fortnite Icon Series, becoming the first MLB player to join the game’s roster. As he prepares to take the field for the 2025 MLB season opener in Tokyo on Tuesday, the Los Angeles Dodgers superstar is already making plays in the battle royale.

Now available in the Fortnite Item Shop, Ohtani’s bundle includes three outfit styles—a white Dodgers home uniform, an away gray, and a LEGO Fortnite variant. His Decoy Back Bling, featuring a bobblehead version of his beloved pup, adds some extra flair, while the Trusty Two-Way Pickaxe is a fitting tribute to his dominance as both a pitcher and hitter.

For those looking to bring the heat, the Samurai Shohei outfit ups the intensity. This fiery alternate skin features a pitching arm that ignites with every elimination, alongside the Samurai Screamer Back Bling, which lights up as players rack up eliminations.

Ohtani’s addition also comes with two baseball-themed emotes—"Doggy Dingers," in which Decoy tosses baseballs for players to hit, and "Hey Batter Batter," bringing even more game-day energy to Fortnite.
