Try to find a woman who’s never dealt with imposter syndrome… we dare you.

Or rather, try to find a woman who’s never been told that imposter syndrome is to blame for her feelings of inadequacy, her doubt in her abilities, her general questioning of The System. To examine this phenomenon and how it impacts women of colors specifically—and question whether imposter syndrome is really the root of problem at all—host Bella Sangar sat down with two highly accomplished, Seattle-based women: Angela Dunleavy, the CEO of FareStart, and Trish Millines Dziko, co-founder and executive director of the Technology Access Foundation.
