A wave of high-profile music videos arrived from some of global pop’s most exciting names: Charli XCX, BTS’s Jin, BLACKPINK’s LISA, and rising Indonesian girl group No Na. Some are new and some are old tracks with a fresh coat of music video paint—but each has us excited that pop summer can truly begin.

Charli XCX sets the past ablaze in “Party 4 U” visual

Charli XCX has finally dropped an official video for “Party 4 U,” five years after the track originally appeared on her lockdown-era album How I’m Feeling Now. Though initially released in 2020, the fan-favorite song recently experienced a resurgence on TikTok, pushing it onto the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time, where it peaked at number 55 earlier this month.

To mark the song’s belated ascent, and the album’s fifth anniversary, Charli unveiled a visual directed by Mitch Ryan, based on an idea of her own. The video follows Charli through the bleary-eyed aftermath of a house party.

“It honestly just feels like yesterday,” Charli writes in an Instagram post reflecting on the album. “So much has changed since then. Me, my life, elements of my music and most definitely the world.” She adds that the project helped her “rediscover (her) sanity and sense of connection” during the early days of the pandemic.

Jin returns like an Echo with new album and music video “Don’t Say You Love Me”

BTS vocalist Jin released “Don’t Say You Love Me,” the lead single off his new seven-track solo project Echo. The song, accompanied by a cinematic video, presents Jin grappling with lingering memories of a lost romance. Directed by Yongseok Choi and filmed in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board, the visual stars Jin opposite actress Shin Se-kyung, known for Netflix K-dramas such as Run On and Captivating the King. Jin navigates iconic Singapore landmarks while being trailed by the ghost of a former love.

The EP includes collaborations with artists like Yena and marks Jin’s first project since completing his military service in June 2024, making him the first BTS member to return from enlistment. He is set to perform “Don’t Say You Love Me” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday.

Lisa and Tyla turn up the heat in “When I’m With You”

BLACKPINK’s Lisa leans fully into sensual confidence in the music video for “When I’m With You,” her collaboration with South African pop star Tyla. The song is part of Lisa’s debut solo album Alter Ego released in February.

The White Lotus actor enlists some star power for the video as Mason Gooding of Scream and Love, Victor appears shirtless and tattooed as Lisa dances with him, while Love Island USA’s Leah Kateb and Miguel Harichi share a romantic moment in the background.

The music video is the latest release of Lisa’s following her collaboration with Maroon 5 for “Priceless.”

No Na brings Indonesian flair in “Superstitious”

One of today’s freshest drops comes from No Na, a new four-member girl group under Asian centric label 88rising. Their latest music video, “Superstitious,” follows their debut single “Shoot,” which was released earlier this month. Indonesian American artist Stephanie Poetri penned the lyrics for “Superstitious.”

In Indonesian, “nona” is an honorific for young, unmarried women. The quartet is composed of Baila Fauri, Christy Gardena, Esther Geraldine, and Shazfa Adesya. Along with “Superstitious,” the group also dropped a second track today, “Falling in Love.” They’re scheduled to perform at 88rising’s Head in the Clouds festival in Los Angeles, where they’ll introduce themselves to international audiences for the first time.
