Prime Video has released the official trailer for Ballard, the latest series set in Michael Connelly’s Bosch universe.
Starring Maggie Q as Renée Ballard, it follows the determined LAPD detective as she takes charge of the department’s newly formed and underfunded cold case unit. Faced with long-forgotten crimes, including a string of serial killings and an unidentified murder victim, Ballard's investigations uncover a disturbing conspiracy within the LAPD. Teaming up with retired detective Harry Bosch, played by returning series star Titus Welliver, Ballard must confront institutional resistance and personal demons while seeking justice.
The ensemble cast includes John Carroll Lynch, Courtney Taylor, Michael Mosley, Victoria Moroles, and Amy Hill.
Ballard will premiere globally on Prime Video on July 9.
